Crafting strategies and goals, and ensuring their successful implementation, in spite of this turbulence, is very challenging. In this environment, government and industry need ‘navigation leaders’ to find the path forward.

The Leadership Skills for 21st Century Navigator’s Workshop™ is a one day program which provides managers, business owners and leaders with 8 ways to think and act differently. It is designed for leaders who want to navigate to the future. In a fast-paced and practical program, each of the 8 navigation ideas is underpinned by techniques and tools that can be readily applied in the workplace and day to day life. Program deliverables
As part of the workshop process participants will develop a navigation scenario for themselves or their organisations. Program graduates are also given exclusive and ongoing up-dates in navigation thinking through the Global Foresight Network on-line interactive learning portal.
